Donnelley Financial Solutions (NYSE:DFIN), announced today that it has
established a strategic alliance with Eagle Investment Systems LLC, a
BNY Mellon company and leading provider of financial services
technology. The primary focus of this alliance is to offer Eagle clients
an automated and supported solution using Donnelley Financial’s
FundSuiteArc, a financial reporting and regulatory filing platform, to
address financial reporting and the new SEC modernization initiative,
specifically the upcoming N-PORT and N-CEN filings.
As part of the alliance, Eagle and Donnelley Financial are working to
develop a standard integration between the Eagle solutions and the
FundSuiteArc platform. This integration will help to automate the data
movements and simplify the creation and submission of financial reports
and regulatory filings.
