Form 10-K filing on iXBRL (inline eXtensible Business Reporting
Language). The Company’s proprietary compliance filing solution,
ActiveDisclosure, allowed for simplified collaboration and streamlined
accuracy throughout the entire process in order to ensure a successful
iXBRL filing.
